This is an opportunity for an Apprentice Chef to join Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.

We are looking for Apprentices to join our award-winning Chef Academy - an apprenticeship like no other!

As a Lime Wood Apprentice Chef, you will experience all the things that make working as part of our team unique. Our Apprenticeship covers a full programme of development opportunities from both within and out of our kitchen.

Whilst in our kitchen you will be exposed to all sections of the kitchen, gaining a broad understanding of its contribution to the overall service provided to our guests. Other activities outside of the kitchen include supplier visits, chocolate training and bread making!

With clear and proven career progression and expert guidance from our Training Provider - Umbrella. The apprenticeship is open to all ages and is a 40-hour contract, covering 5 out of 7 days per week.

You will receive everything you need to start your new career in the kitchen, from a full knife set, uniform, cookery books and recipe journals, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

No experience required. We are seeking Chef Apprentices who have the passion and drive to learn new skills, get stuck in and dedicate themselves to becoming a competent Chef.
