Restaurant Supervisor - Raw & Cured

Location: Beaulieu Road , Lyndhurst

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to £15.15 per hour (including tronc & service charge)

We are currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor to support our dedicated team with the daily operations in our Deli/ Restaurant 'Raw & Cured' located within the Herb House Spa at Lime Wood Hotel, Hampshire.

'Raw & Cured' offers delicious, natural, and healthy food, including freshly made salads, cured fish and meat from Lime Wood’s own Smoke House, as well as fresh juices and smoothies. Our creative team of "raw chefs" prepare everything from scratch, focusing on the natural taste of quality ingredients.

About the role:

As Restaurant Supervisor you will be essential to the day to day running of the Deli.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.
• Express passion towards working with fresh, locally sourced produce.
• Working on the Deli floor and serving our guests.
• Always keep work areas clean and presentable.
• Support F&B Assistants with their development.
• Work closely with our management team to drive high standards.

About you:

Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Supervisor in a similar food & beverage environment is required. We are seeking for candidates that have a genuine passion towards deliver fresh and wholesome foods. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, always putting guests’ satisfaction and safety first.
