Set in the heart of the stunning New Forest National Park, Lime Wood is a 5 Star rated hotel, creating laid-back luxury at its best. The 33 bedroom house was five exciting years in the making and the results are a rich collaboration of creative talent at its best. The architectural parts were designed by Charles Morris and Ben Pentreath, interiors have been added by David Collins and more recently Martin Brudnizki, Rob Angell and Susie Atkinson.

At the Herb House Spa, we are dedicated to natural well-being, inspired by our forest surroundings. Our spa is designed over three levels, incorporating a sauna, indoor hydro pool, a steaming outdoor pool, eight spacious single and two double treatment rooms. We also have a state-of-the-art rooftop gym with the latest techno gym equipment, a 16-meter ozone treated indoor lap pool with glass doors overlooking the garden. We also have a hands and feet room for manicure and pedis as well as a workout studio offering an extensive range of fitness classes for out guests and spa members.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for various specialised Indian Ayurvedic massages & treatments.
• Consulting with clients to gauge massage needs and preferences. Ensuring consultation forms are filled out fully and discussed with the client.
• Guiding clients through treatment collection, helping them select most appropriate massage.
• Performing Ayurvedic therapies, applying correct level of pressure to specific areas of the body to relieve pain/discomfort, restore function/mobility and correct irregularities in structure.
• Recommending appropriate aftercare to sustain outcomes of treatment, discuss future treatment opportunities.
• Maintaining treatment room to highest standards. Keeping the room full stocked, cleaned, and closed down correctly at the end of your shift.
• Representing the Lime Wood brand and promoting Hospitality as a profession in all interactions
• Be fully conversant with all product protocols and any contra indications asking for advice when necessary.
• Interact with guests and answer all spa & hotel related questions to the best of your ability to enhance customer satisfaction.

About you:

You will need to be qualified in specialised Ayurvedic Treatments, along with having a keen eye for detail and the passion towards creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
