Hours: Full Time

Salary: NMW / NLW (age dependant) plus Tronc

We are currently looking for General Assistants to join our dedicated team with the daily operations in our Deli/ Restaurant 'Raw & Cured' located within the Herb House Spa at Lime Wood Hotel, Hampshire.

'Raw & Cured' offers delicious, natural, and healthy food, including freshly made salads, cured fish and meat from Lime Wood’s own Smoke House, as well as fresh juices and smoothies. Our creative team of "raw chefs" prepare everything from scratch, focusing on the natural taste of quality ingredients.

About the role:

As General Assistant you will be providing a relaxed and memorable dining service to our spa members and hotel guests.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.
• Express passion towards working with fresh, locally sourced produce.
• Working on the Deli floor and serving our guests.
• Always keep work areas clean and presentable.

About you:

Experience is not essential; we are seeking for someone with genuine passion towards providing a quality service whilst working with nutritious and wholesome ingredients.
