As Duty Manager at Lime Wood, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel’s daily operations, responding to guest’s needs and co-ordinating between all departments, across both hotel & spa
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager you will be the first point of contact for all queries and issues raised by guests or staff. It will be your role to help ensure all departments are operating efficiently and to ‘jump in’ where required to help the team.
You will be responsible for setting the feel and mood of the team and following the guest journey throughout their whole experience. From check-in to check out, you will interact with our guests to forge relationships that ensure our guests have amazing, personalised experiences. Looking after VIP’s and building relationships with our regular guests will be a large part of the role along with being a custodian of Lime Wood going the extra mile for our guests.
Previous experience within people facing roles is a positive, but of more importance is demonstrating a passion and drive for delivering a memorable guest experience. Exposure to a high-volume hotel, F&B operations, and experience of managing a team are desirable. Training of all aspects and areas of the Hotel & Spa during an induction period will be provided to fully understand the day to day running of the operation.
