Whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Hours: 0 hours casual contract, including some weekends.

We are currently looking for a customer focused Hall Porter to join our front of house team at the award winning, Lime Wood Hotel. Lime Wood, is a boutique country house, set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds. As Hall Porter you will be the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see, working collaboratively with our reception team ensuring that our guests are provided with a warm welcome, attention to detailed service and fond memories to go home with.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Meet and greet our guests into the hotel, offering a concierge service in a warm and friendly manner.

• Offer to carry guest luggage to their rooms.

• Facilitate the parking of our guest’s cars.

• Going the extra mile to meet guests’ requests and accommodate their needs.

Experience in a similar, customer focused role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
