Food & Beverage: Work within our restaurant – Hartnett Holder & Co is a relaxed, stylish and comfortable restaurant – full of character, yet unpretentious. Our courtyard bar is light and airy and always vibrant! When it comes to wine, we have a traditional style vaulted ceiling – our Wine Cellar is a real treat for wine buffs!
Reception: The front desk at Lime Wood is essentially the hub of the hotel. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
Housekeeping & Maintenance: Some may say this is the back bone of the operation. Without these teams we just wouldn’t work. Our housekeeping and maintenance team’s work closely together to ensure that our hotels are perfectly presented at all times.
Kitchen: Angela Hartnett and Lime Wood’s Luke Holder, with their team, create locally sourced Italian dishes with a respectful nod to the seasons. You can expect a menu of Italian influenced dishes, pulling together both Chefs much admired signature styles! As well as HH&Co’s classic menu!
Herb House Spa: Dedicated to natural well-being and inspired by its forest surroundings. Herb House instills a sense of calm, well-being and serenity. A perfect enviroment for our Therapists, Personal Trainers and Spa Reception and Housekeeping Staff.

Set in the heart of The New Forest National Park and 1 mile from the village of Lyndhurst
The Hartnett Holder & Co. restaurant has a different approach to hospitality – fine dining has been thrown out and replaced with a fun dining experience which includes seasonal, locally sourced and fresh British food with an Italian twist. There’s no need for a suit and tie here! The team at Lime Wood provide the highest level of service within a relaxed environment, making our guest feel truly at home.
