Spa Reception Manager

Hours: Full-Time (Including some weekends)

We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Spa Reception Manager to lead our friendly Reception team.

About the Herb House Spa: We are dedicated to natural well-being, inspired by our forest surroundings at the Herb House we instil a sense of calm, well-being, and serenity. 

Our Spa is designed over three levels, incorporating a massive Sauna, indoor Hydro Pool, Mud House, a steaming outdoor Hot Pool, eight spacious single treatment rooms and two magnificent double treatment rooms. We also have a state-of-the-art rooftop gym with the very latest technogym equipment, a 16-metre ozone treated indoor lap pool with glass doors overlooking the garden, and Hands and Feet room for manicure and pedis as well as a workout studio offering an extensive range of fitness classes.

As our Reception Manager you will be reporting directly to the Front Of House Manager and be responsible for the effective running of the spa reception. Your main responsibility is to ensure all daily tasks, bookings, cancellations, and customer requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. To fulfil this role, you will need excellent communication and organisation as daily you will be liaising with many different departments across both the spa and hotel. 

The ideal candidate must enjoy being at the front of house, making our members and guests smile every day.  Experience of working in Reception Manager position is beneficial, along with a working knowledge of Concept Spa, Opera Fidelio, Quadranet or equivalent reservation systems.
