About the Role

Commis Chef

Lime Wood, Lyndhurst, Hampshire 

We are currently looking for a keen Commis Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.

This is an opportunity for you  to work alongside Luke Holder and Angela Hartnett in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.

You will be working with a menu dedicated to high quality, fresh produce, being involved with all areas of the kitchen. As a Commis Chef you will need to be hands-on, learning new skills whilst being provided the knowledge and progression opportunities to develop your career within the kitchen. This role will suit a passionate, self-motivated individual who will thrive off delivering a high standard of service within a lively team.

At Lime Wood, you will have the benefit of working 3.5-day weeks, based on full-time hours in addition to being provided your schedule up to 3 months in advance!
