Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 PA Plus Service Charge

As Spa Duty Manager at Lime Wood, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art spa – Herb House and its associated departments including our spa restaurant – Raw & Cured and shop – Curated.

Reporting directly to both the Spa Director & Hotel Director you will be the first point of contact for all queries and issues raised by guests or staff. It will be your role to help ensure all departments are operating efficiently and to ‘jump in’ where required to help the team offer an exceptional experience to our guests.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the spa’s daily operations, responding to member, resident & spa day guest needs and co-ordinating between all departments, across both the hotel & spa.
  • Get stuck into supporting areas required within the business from reception, food and beverage to housekeeping all within both the Hotel & Spa.
  • Confidently manage a selection of booking systems to ensure reservations for all areas of the business are well recorded, and effectively managed.
  • Reporting to the Spa Director for all queries and issues raised by guests or staff. It will be your role to help ensure all departments are operating efficiently and to ‘jump in’ where required to help the team.
  • Build links between the hotel & spa through cross-training throughout the business.

Previous experience within people facing roles is a positive, but of more importance is demonstrating a passion and drive for delivering a memorable guest experience. Exposure to a high-volume hotel, F&B operations, and experience of managing a team are desirable. Training of all aspects and areas of the Hotel & Spa during an induction period will be provided to fully understand the day to day running of the operation. This role is a core position within a team of Duty Managers. Deigned to be interchangeable across the hotel and wider business. Working collaboratively as part of the team is essential.
