Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire.
Hours: Full Time, 45 hours per week.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Per Year, Plus Service Charge. In the busy months our restaurant team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month, whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our restaurant team and drive the daily operations of Hartnett Holder & Co, our restaurant within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.
Hartnett Holder & Co. restaurant has a different approach to hospitality – fine dining has been thrown out and replaced with a fun dining experience which includes seasonal, locally sourced, and fresh British food with an Italian twist. There is no need for a suit and tie here! The team at Lime Wood provide the highest level of service within a relaxed environment, making our guest feel truly at home.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team and support them by supervising their performance and ensuring every guest has a brilliant experience with us.
You will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun, and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’, helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.
Previous experience within a similar role is required, along with clear and positive communication and people management skills. You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.
