Salary: From £27,000 PA Plus Service Charge, Depending on Experience.

Whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings our restaurant team have earnt up to £500 per month in service charge. With the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

We are currently looking for self-motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our restaurant team and drive the daily operations of Hartnett Holder & Co, our restaurant within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.
Hartnett Holder & Co. restaurant has a different approach to hospitality – fine dining has been thrown out and replaced with a fun dining experience which includes seasonal, locally sourced, and fresh British food with an Italian twist. There is no need for a suit and tie here! The team at Lime Wood provide the highest level of service within a relaxed environment, making our guest feel truly at home.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun, and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.
You will support the Restaurant General Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, you will be relied upon to ensure that all duties are carried out to a timely manner.
Previous experience within a similar role is required, along with strong communication and people management skills. You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.
