Hours: Part Time

Salary: Up to £13.23 p/h inclusive of Tronc.

We are currently looking for a customer focused Hall Porter to join our front of house team at the award winning, Lime Wood Hotel. Lime Wood, is a boutique country house, set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

Pay

Up to £13.23 p/h including Tronc.

About the role:

As Hall Porter you will be the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see, working collaboratively with our reception team ensuring that our guests are provided with a warm welcome, attention to detailed service and fond memories to go home with.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Meet and greet our guests into the hotel, offering a concierge service in a warm and friendly manner.
• Offer to carry guest luggage to their rooms.
• Facilitate the parking of our guest’s cars.
• Going the extra mile to meet guests’ requests and accommodate their needs.
• Reporting to the Reception Manager for any other front of house responsibilities.

Experience in a similar, customer focused role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
