Hours: Full Time

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 PA Plus Service Charge

Restaurant Supervisor – Raw & Cured.

Location: Raw & Cured Deli, Lime Wood Hotel, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week over 5 days. (Sociable hours)

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 PA – Plus Service Charge. In the busy months our restaurant team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

We are currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor to support our dedicated team with the daily operations in our Deli/ Restaurant 'Raw & Cured' located within the Herb House Spa at Lime Wood Hotel, Hampshire.

'Raw & Cured' offers delicious, natural, and healthy food, including freshly made salads, cured fish and meat from Lime Wood’s own Smoke House, as well as fresh juices and smoothies. Our creative team of "raw chefs" prepare everything from scratch, focusing on the natural taste of quality ingredients.

As Restaurant Supervisor you will be essential to the day to day running of the Deli. On a day-to-day basis your duties will include, but not limited to:

· Maintaining high standards of customer service.

· Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.

· Express passion towards working with fresh, locally sourced produce.

· Working on the Deli floor and serving our guests.

· Always keep work areas clean and presentable.

· Support F&B Assistants with their development.

· Work closely with our management team to drive high standards.
